Rudy Pena is an Accredited Jewelry Appraiser with the highest qualifications in the jewelry appraisal field. Rudy has over 30 years experience appraising fine jewelry of all types for various purposes.

He is a Graduate Gemologist (GG) from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), and an accredited member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA). He is a past president of the San Antonio chapter for the GIA Almuni and a past president of the International Society of Appraisers San Antonio Chapter.

His appraisals are often utilized for Estates, Banks, Lawyers, Insurance Companies, Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), U.S. Marshal Service, Homeland Security, Corporate and Independent Jewelers. He has appeared in court cases, as an expert, representing the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS"), Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), Estate Attorneys in both civil and criminal matters. Rudy often is speaker at seminars and workshops on Gem Appraising, Gemological equipment and developments on Gems and Jewelry.

Rudy operates out of San Antonio, Texas and assists clients, who are based in Texas, Florida, California, Georgia, Nevada and Arizona.
