We are seeking highly experienced professionals in key markets throughout North America whose values, skills and expertise complement those of our existing team.

• Relevant professional designations (CFA, ASA, CBV, CPA, MBA etc.)
• Minimum of 10 years of valuation, corporate finance or related experience
• Experience directly having own clients eitherasset managers, bankers, lawyers, accountants and /or business owners.
• Looking to grow long term professionally in their market.
• Looking for more flexibility (away from large offices, hours, locations or even service lines)

We offer internships to students, who are in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Computer Science. We have taken interns from the universities of Harvard, Toronto, Cornell, Waterloo, among others.

• Basic knowledge of financial statements.
• Minimum of one work term at another employer.
• Open to learning, working hard and meeting deadlines.
