Professional Overview

Nishant Pratap Singh is a manager at Minerva Valuations Advisors(“MVA”), where he provides valuation and expert reports for companies in various industries. Prior to joining MVA, he spent 5 years working at different accounting firms, where he performed over 100+ audits, financial reporting, and provided financial consultancy and advisory services in various industries.

He graduated from Aligarh Muslim University with a Bachelors in Commerce (“B.com Honours”). He currently awaiting his Chartered Accountants (“CA”) certification from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”) and is currently a CFA Level I canadidate. He also holds certification in Financial Modelling and Valuations (“FM&V”).

When he’s not working, he is a social activist and associated with a local environment NGO that helps in planting trees in different areas. He enjoys quality time travelling or reading various books.
