Based out of Florida, David assists clients in various private equity transactions. His clients include local to global asset managers. He has more than 15+ years in real estate investing and management; he has over a decade as a private real estate lender. Outside of real estate, David has invested in private equity and private debt for 6+ years. David is a finance professional with experience in banking and consulting.

He is the co-founder of a real estate company and serves on the boards of a few private entities. David has bought and sold numerous private entities over his career and serves as an advisor to Minerva Valuations' private equity practice. David has completed dozens of transactions across the U.S. and Canada.

He has an MBA from Rotman and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
