Rajwinder Singh is a seasoned financial professional with over 15 years of experience across capital markets, oil and energy, and retail industries. Mr. Singh assists Minerva in its m&a, data consulting service lines, project management and valuations for select clients.

He has led large-scale regulatory and trade reporting initiatives across the UK and EU, demonstrating expertise in testing strategies, defect management, and stakeholder communication. Previously, he held roles at Scotiabank, RBC, Goldman Sachs, and Planet Energy Corp, where he successfully implemented API integrations, developed pricing models, and managed end-to-end project lifecycles in Agile environments.

Rajwinder is known for his analytical problem-solving skills, leadership, and ability to deliver process improvements that reduce costs and boost revenue, using it to assist Minerva’s m&a and private equity practices. Proficient in tools like SQL, SAP, Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, Bloomberg, Wallstreet and xTrader. He excels at financial reporting, forecasting, and executive presentations.

Outside of professional endeavors, he is dedicated to leading a healthy lifestyle through outdoor activities, indoor workouts, and a balanced diet. He is passionate about sports, both playing and watching, and travelling to enjoy cultures with wife and two kids. Mr. Singh played baseball representing Ontario and various universities.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Schulich School of Business, York University, and is a Charter Financial Analyst (2016).
