Professional Overview

Rebecca Spour is a seasoned dynamic Canadian business and technology leader. She has worked internationally and has over a decade of experience in strategy, financial services, start ups, media, emerging technology and investor relations. Formerly with large firms such as London Life and Investors Group prior to starting her own companies; Rebecca has vetted hundreds of companies in the last several years and raised $28 million dollars.

She has spoken on the global outlook of digital assets at the Fintech Association of Canada. She is a board member of the Cybersecurity Global Alliance non profit think tank and a mental health foundation called Ideal me in Canada. She is also co-founder of several Canadian companies that research and develop emerging technology. Her writing has been featured in the CAIA, Canadian National News and other bay street lifestyle publications. She also enjoys writing on a diverse set of venture capital topics such asartificial intelligence, fintech and DAOs.

When she’s not working, she is a musician enjoying quality time cooking or volunteering with various charity fundraising initiatives in Canada.
